Last year's Abhyuday Action Plan Competition was a great initiative by the IITB students in supporting various impact projects/ startups. I was part of the jury of Action Plan and was really inspired by the efforts of the student teams who presented - especially for the fact that they assessed the ground reality of the social issues/ challenges faced by the people, and how they could support them in alleviating the issues faced.
I wish the current Abhyuday team all the best in designing a bigger program in attracting talent all across the country and in creating a greater impact!

DeWaste Environment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as WOW Foundation) aims to provide affordable eco-friendly sustainable solid waste management solutions to tier 2 and tier 3 of India. We would like to thank Abhyuday for giving us the platform to pitch our idea in competition. It was well designed competition where we learnt problem mapping, writing business plan and problem definition. Mentoring after first round of competition helped us to refine our business plan. We were extremely benefited with this competition in terms of learning, networking and mentorship. Thank you Abhyuday and team.

LI had an opportunity to be a part of the Action Plan Competition 2016 organized by Abhyuday Students’ Social Activities Body, IIT Bombay. As a member of the judging panel, I could interact with several ignited minds representing prestigious institutes across the country. It was an interesting and enriching experience to watch the students offering innovative solutions to various social problems around us. I would appreciate the organizers for both, concept and management of the competition. Although an event organized by students for students, it sounded quite professional. Well done, Team Abhyuday! Wish you all the best for future activities.

Fundukate is an NIT, IIM initiative to teach high school students beyond books by conducting innovative contests. It's been a fantastic experience to pitch our idea in Action plan contest organised by Abhyuday, IIT Bombay. Although it was an event organized by students, it sounded professional. Workshops & mentoring sessions were so helpful to present our idea in a better way. Thank you Abhyuday team & needless to say, this exposure gave wings to our dreams in terms of learning & networking."

Action plan really helped me in streamlining my business plan and work on its profitability. The insightful questions asked by the judges as well as the amazing mentorship programme went a long way in making my project practically and financially viable. I had like to congratulate the entire organising team for their support and well executed event.

The entire program and it's architecture related to' Abhyudaya' by 'IIT Bombay ' is not only innovative but also well structured and scientifically administered where elements of creativity with sound sense of organizational ability is judged. I have been fortunate to be associated with initiative that is aimed at promoting social entrepreneurship. The result does not lie in immediate foundation of a social entrepreneurship set up but a long term catalytic efforts which will see many social entrepreneurs, out of Abhyudaya, contributing to society. The process of ideation to jury is a learning one for all- participants, mentors and jury. Most important part is efforts and constant follow up undertaken by 'Abhyudaya' team. The commendation goes to Professor in charge of Abhyudaya, Centre Manager, students, volunteers and entire Abhyudaya team who put in real hard work to make competition qualitative.
